This project involved the renovation of a beautiful home in a peaceful, scenic neighborhood in Venezuela. An annex was added to the main house, featuring a social area on the ground floor and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom above. The design included a separate entrance from the exterior, offering privacy and seamless access to the new spaces.
