Truco a Caja de Agua

This project was a design for a multifamily building in a central area of Caracas, intended for middle-class residents. The building, which never went beyond the permit stage, was designed with two façades, as it was attached to two neighboring buildings. The apartments, each with two bedrooms, were small and efficient, with a commercial space on the ground floor.
